1. User Eligibility and Representations

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction (whichever is strictly higher), to access or use this Site.

By using the Site, you represent, warrant, and covenant that:

• All registration or access information you submit is true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You possess the legal capacity to agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
• You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside, nor under the legal age to participate in sports betting.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Site does not violate the gambling laws, sports betting regulations, or any other laws of your specific state, country, or jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the Site from a jurisdiction where the provision of sports data or betting analytics is illegal.

2. Absolute Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site provides sports data analytics, statistical modeling, algorithmic simulations, and predictions. Sports are inherently unpredictable, subjected to variables including but not limited to injuries, weather, referee decisions, disciplinary actions, match-fixing vulnerabilities, and psychological factors which mathematics cannot perfectly model.

• "As-Is" and "As-Available": The Site and all content, tools, and analytics are provided strictly on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• No Accuracy Guarantee: We do not warrant that the predictions, odds mappings, results, historical calculations, or other data provided on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
• Third-Party Data Reliability: Much of our foundational data is aggregated via third-party APIs. We are not responsible for delays, inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in this underlying data.
• Simulations are Theoretical: The output of the "Simulator" or any historical analytics page represents hypothetical, mathematical modelling. It does not reflect actual trading execution, fails to account for betting limits or bans by sportsbooks, and cannot capture the psychological impact of losing streaks or bankroll depletion.

3. Limitation of Liability and Hold Harmless

Under no circumstances whatsoever shall TipSignal, its directors, employees, agents, contractors, data providers, or affiliates be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages.

This absolute limitation of liability includes, without limitation:

• Any and all financial losses, lost profit, lost bankroll, or lost revenue incurred through sports gambling, betting, or wagering based—wholly or in part—on the information, picks, predictions, EV calculations, or analytics found on this Site.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on the Site's data, regardless of whether that data was inaccurate due to our algorithms or third-party error.
• Damages arising from the interruption of the Site, downtime, server crashes, or technical failures preventing you from accessing data or executing a wager in a timely manner.

Even if we have been expressly advised of the possibility of such damages, our liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us for services during the one (1) month period prior to any cause of action arising. If no purchases were made, your sole remedy is to cease using the Site.

4. Intellectual Property & Strict Anti-Scraping Policy

The Site, its proprietary algorithms, prediction outputs, unique UI/UX, database structures, functionality, design, text, and graphics (collectively, the "Content") and trademarks ("Marks") are exclusively owned, controlled, or licensed by TipSignal. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license strictly to access the Site for your personal, non-commercial use.

As a condition of your use of the Site, you are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following commercial exploitation or technical abuse:

• No Scraping or Automation: You may not use, launch, develop, or distribute any automated system, including without limitation, any data mining, robots, spiders, scrapers, offline readers, API abuse, or similar data gathering tools to access, extract, or copy Content from the Site.
• No Resale or Redistribution: You may not copy, reproduce, aggregate, republish, sell, resell, license, rent, or otherwise commercially exploit the predictions, AI picks, or analytics provided by TipSignal. This explicitly prohibits sharing TipSignal data in paid Telegram channels, Discord servers, Patreons, or competitor websites.
• No Derivative Works: You may not use our data as the foundation to train your own machine learning models, algorithms, or competing predictive services.
• No Security Interference: You may not bypass, circumvent, or disable any security or access control features of the Site.

Violation of this clause constitutes a material breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to immediately terminate your access, block your IP address, and pursue damages, injunctions, and legal action to the fullest extent of the law.

5. Dispute Resolution & Mandatory Arbitration

Please read this section carefully, as it significantly affects your legal rights, including your right to file a lawsuit in court.

• Mandatory Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or your use of the data (collectively, "Disputes"), shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court. The arbitration shall be conducted on a confidential basis.
• Class Action Waiver: You and TipSignal mutually agree that you may only bring claims in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims into a single proceeding.
• Governing Law: These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, unconditionally indemnify, and hold harmless TipSignal, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and litigation expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) your use of the Site; (2) your breach of these Terms; (3) your violation of the rights of a third party; or (4) any overt harmful act toward any other user of the Site.

7. Responsible Gambling

Sports betting should be an entertaining activity. If you are experiencing distress, losing more than you can afford, or feeling an inability to stop gambling, you may have a gambling problem. We urge you to seek immediate specialized help. Accessing the analytics on TipSignal should never be utilized as a justification to place wagers that exceed your limits.

8. Severability & Modifications

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Modifications: We reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes.
